We provide complete Energy Certification through NSAI Certified Air Permeability Testing to IS EN 13829 and SEAI Registered BER Assessments we will advise on how to improve the energy efficiency of buildings through the provision of cost effective improvement advise.

Gilroy Energy Services is an Irish owned company with offices in Grange Co. Sligo and Claregalway Co. Galway. Formed in 2008 to provide clients with a full Energy Performance Certification Service. Our Assessments include Air Leakage Testing & Building Energy Rating for Domestic and Non Domestic Buildings in Ireland. We also provide cost effective energy consultancy advice and BER Certification. We can also offer compliance certification with Part L of the Building Regulations.

We are a registered BER assessment Company and only employ BER Assessors and Associates who are registered on the SEAI register of BER assessors. We have established Air Pressure Testing as our core business and offer BER and our other services as complimentary add on services.

Gilroy Energy Services provides Consultancy services for both Domestic and Commercial Building developers at any stage of the project, to assist the design team and the end users.

This design advice is best incorporated at an early stage to add maximum value, but can be tailored to simply advise on minimum requirements to achieve required test results.
